Aspengate Ltd was established in 2004, offering services across the property industry as Agents, Investors, Developers and Rental Management specialists. In the latter, we work with the Corporate, Private and Social Housing sectors.

Heidi Tasker
Director
Heidi brings decades of experience across every facet of the property industry. A long-standing accredited member and active participant of the NRLA, she has built and led estate agencies, managed rental portfolios across multiple sectors, and has been investing in property since the 1980s. Her depth of knowledge and enduring professional relationships remain central to how Aspengate operates today.
Greig Tasker
Director
Greig's career began in global finance before evolving into a broad and varied role across property investment, deal sourcing, and operational logistics. That foundation in international markets gives him a distinctive perspective on value and risk, which he applies across every aspect of Aspengate's activity; from identifying opportunities to overseeing the full lifecycle of a project from acquisition through to delivery.

Responsible for all electrical installations, inspections and compliance across the property portfolio.
Maurice Hinds
Senior Mechanical Services Specialist
Oversees mechanical services, pipework and drainage solutions across residential and commercial properties.
Keiron Gittens-Reid
Mechanical Services Specialist
Delivers expert plumbing and mechanical works, ensuring properties meet the highest operational standards.
Mitch Stone
Roofing & Weatherproofing Lead
Specialist in roof installations, repairs and weatherproofing to protect and preserve the structural integrity of each property.
Mike Reynolds
Facilities & Maintenance Operative
Delivers hands-on maintenance and remedial works across the portfolio, tackling a wide range of physical tasks to keep properties in excellent order.

Structural Access Manager
Manages the safe provision of structural access for maintenance and development works across all sites.
Jack Woodrudge
Joinery & Carpentry Specialist
Delivers bespoke joinery and carpentry solutions, combining craftsmanship with practical expertise across the portfolio.

Interior Finishes Specialist
Responsible for interior and exterior decorative works, ensuring properties are presented to an impeccable standard.
